Our planners assist clients in environmental impact assessment to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act/California Environmental Quality Act (NEPA/CEQA). This work entails a collaborative process with the client from early project or plan conception, jointly screening the proposed actions and alternatives, identifying their potential environmental consequences, and managing public comment and response.

Biological Monitoring for Construction Compliance

We oversee avoidance, minimization, and mitigation measures implemented by the construction contractor for the protection of natural resources. Our past and current clients include the U.S. Military and utility companies.

We provide:

• Clearance surveys for endangered species and migratory birds
